Privacy policy

How we handle the details you provide when requesting information or a transfer.

Updated 4 November 2026

01Controller and contact

This website operates under the trading name Taxi Jerez 24H. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email frantrujillano@taxijerez24h.com.

02Information we receive

When you submit a request, we receive your name, telephone number, email if provided, date and time, pickup, destination, passenger count, selected vehicle and any details you give about luggage or travel needs. We also receive technical data needed to operate and protect the service.

03Purpose and legal basis

We use these details to answer enquiries, prepare an offer and manage transfer requests. Processing is based on steps you ask us to take before a contract and, if a service is confirmed, on performance of that contract. Legal obligations may require us to keep some records. We do not send marketing merely because you made an enquiry.

04Recipients and external services

Technical hosting and messaging providers may process the data needed to receive and answer requests. Once a transfer is confirmed, the professional providing it receives the details necessary for the journey. Google's address and route tools load only if you enable maps; see our cookie policy and Google's privacy information.

05Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them. For completed services, contractual, tax and potential claims records are retained for the periods required by applicable law, then deleted or restricted.

06Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by emailing frantrujillano@taxijerez24h.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

07International transfers and security

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards must be used where this happens. We take reasonable steps to protect information, although no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
